The AMA National Championship Playoffs — the largest single-round purse in Arenacross history.
East & West Regional Championships
The AMA Partzilla National Arenacross Championship features two separate regional series: East and West. Riders may compete in either regional series or in both.
Each region crowns its own Regional Champion, with the top riders from each region advancing to the National Championship Playoffs to compete for the AMA Partzilla National Championship.
Playoff Details
The AMA Partzilla National Championship Playoffs bring together the top Arenacross riders in the country to compete for the AMA National Championship and a $50,000 purse.
The event is held at Lincoln Trail during the break between the Supercross and Pro Motocross seasons, on a special Sonny Leonti-designed Arenacross-style track featuring one hybrid section.
The top 7 riders from both the East and West Regional Championships automatically qualify for the 32-rider championship field. These riders receive bonus championship points based on their final Regional Championship standings — the same scale in both regions.

Should a racer qualify in both regions, they will only be seeded at the best result of both regions. However, they will receive Championship points from both regions to start the Playoffs.
Example: a racer places 5th in the East Region and 7th in the West Region. That racer advances to the Playoffs in the 5th seeded spot, and an additional qualifying spot opens for a non-seeded rider.
Riders who do not qualify through the Regional Championships may participate in a qualifying session at the event. The fastest 18 qualifiers earn the remaining positions in the 32-rider National Championship field.
Championship Format
The Playoffs run over two days. Day 1 scores standard series points, Day 2 scores double. Both combine with the bonus points you carry in from your Regional Championship finish.

B racers are not eligible for purse money in the Arenacross 250 class.
National Championship Playoff Payout
New for 2026-2027. Racers qualify across the regional season for the 32-rider field at Lincoln Trail, where a $50,000 purse is paid 16 deep — on top of the per-night purse earned during the season.

Classes & Eligibility
450cc or 250cc motorcycles — Pro and A racers.
250cc motorcycles — Pro, A and B racers. B racers are not eligible for purse money.

Fees, Registration & Credentials
Series credentials are available for each region and for the entire series. Racers competing in a regional championship must purchase credentials.
Both registration and credentials are handled through Tristar MX Online Race Registration.

Series-Provided Motorcycle Logistics
AMA Partzilla Arenacross offers limited opportunities for racer/team logistics, including road cases and transportation for motorcycles and gear.
Each case holds two motorcycles. Spaces are limited — reach out to Shawn Smith as soon as possible to verify availability.
Team Presentation & Pre-Registration
The AMA Partzilla National Arenacross Championship is an AMA National Championship series televised on FS1 and FS2, and presented as a professional entertainment experience for fans nationwide. Teams and riders are expected to represent themselves, their sponsors and the series with a professional appearance and presentation.
Teams must maintain a clean, organized pit area, properly presented motorcycles, and professional team attire — including coordinated team shirts or other appropriate team apparel.
Pre-registered teams have the opportunity to participate in pre-season media production, including TV segments, TV bumpers, promotional features and marketing content. Participation is required and provides an excellent opportunity to showcase teams, riders and sponsors throughout the season.
