Media Credentials
Cover the 2026-27 AMA Partzilla National Arenacross Championship. Media access is open to accredited race teams, national and local TV, radio networks, recognized newspapers, news services, racing publications and websites, and content creators who regularly cover off-road racing and motorsports.

Credential Types
Two levels of access, each sold for a single event or a full region. Every credential includes event admission, pit access and an official media bib.
Trackside Limited
Floor access to the approved media zones at the start line, finish line and designated spots around the track. Start gate shots, podium celebrations and rider interviews.

- Single Event covers one event weekend, Friday and Saturday.
- Regional covers all seven event weekends in one region, East or West, plus the National Playoffs at Lincoln Trail (May 21-23, 2027).
- Trackside credentials are limited. The number available at each round is set by the promoter.
- Fees are paid online after your application is approved. A payment link is sent with your approval. Credential fees are non-refundable.

How It Works
- 01Apply
Submit the application below at least seven (7) days before the event. Regional applicants apply at least seven days before the first event in their region.
- 02Review
Every application is reviewed. Applying does not guarantee a credential. You will be notified by email if you are approved or denied.
- 03Confirm
Approved applicants pay online and sign the 2026-27 Tristar MX All-Event Release Waiver and Indemnity Agreement before pickup.
- 04Pick Up
2:30 to 3:15 PM each event day at Rider Registration with a valid photo ID. Mandatory media briefing at 3:15 PM. No credentials are issued after 3:15 PM.
No onsite credential requests will be accepted. Incomplete or late applications will not be processed. Confirm your pickup with Andrea Smith by the Wednesday before the event.
Media Credential Policy and Rules
Credential Pickup and Media Briefing
- 2:30 to 3:15 PM each day: credential pickup at Rider Registration. Bring a valid photo ID.
- 3:15 PM each day: mandatory media briefing.
- Pickup and briefing happen on each event day, Friday and Saturday.
- Credentials will not be issued after 3:15 PM.
- Confirm your pickup with Andrea Smith by the Wednesday before the event.
Arena View Rules
- Shoot from the reserved media areas. Locations are covered at the media briefing.
- Do not block aisles, stairways, exits or the view of paying fans. Follow all directions from venue staff and ushers.
- Arena View includes pit access but not access to the arena floor or the track.
Trackside Rules
- Stay in the marked APPROVED MEDIA ONLY areas at the start line, finish line and other designated spots.
- Never cross the track or enter the racing surface while motorcycles are on the track.
- No flash photography on the floor.
- Follow all directions from flaggers, track officials and security immediately.
- Closed-toe shoes are required on the floor.
- Stay clear of the start gate and the mechanics' area during starts unless an official places you there.
Content Use and Rights
- Ownership. By applying and signing the waiver, you agree that all photos, video and other media taken at any AMA Partzilla National Arenacross Championship event are the property of Tristar MX, to be used at Tristar MX's discretion.
- Media use. Credentialed media may use their photos and video for media purposes (magazines, newspapers, websites, social media, broadcast).
- Footage requests. Provide Tristar MX with footage and photos from the event upon request.
- Archive. Upload your photos to Tristar MX for long-term archive, editorial and promotional use.
- Removal. Remove any video or content immediately if Tristar MX requests it.
General Rules for All Media
- Credentials and media bibs. All media, Arena View and Trackside, must wear their credential and official media bib, visible at all times. Media without a bib will be asked to leave.
- Professional conduct. Act professionally at all times, including in the pits. Misconduct will result in credential revocation.
- Drones. Unauthorized drones are prohibited and will be confiscated.
- Intoxicants. No alcohol or drugs while working the event.
- Venue rules. All venue rules apply to credentialed media.
- Revocation. Tristar MX may revoke any credential, ask any media member to leave, or impose future bans at any time for any reason.
Attire
- All credentialed media, Arena View and Trackside, must wear black pants and a black shirt.
- This applies on both event days, Friday and Saturday.
The AMA Partzilla National Arenacross Championship and/or the AMA reserve the right at all times to make any changes, additions or modifications they deem necessary. Any changes will be posted in a competition bulletin and online at partzillaarenacross.com.
