The Series Merchandise Manager is responsible for operating the Official AMA Partzilla Arenacross merchandise booth at designated events and providing a professional experience for fans and customers.
Responsibilities -
Set up and break down the merchandise booth at each event.
Sell official Series apparel, merchandise, and promotional items.
Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash and card transactions.
Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked merchandise display.
Track inventory and complete pre- and post-event inventory counts.
Report sales totals and inventory needs to Series management.
Assist customers with merchandise, sizing, pricing, and general questions.
Verify and distribute Pit Pass, Track Walk, VIP, and other fan-experience wristbands when applicable.
Assist with sponsor giveaways and promotional items.
Secure merchandise, cash, and equipment at the end of each event day.
Position Expectations
The ideal candidate is trustworthy, organized, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a traveling position that requires weekend availability, long event days, and the ability to lift and move merchandise and booth equipment.
The Series Merchandise Manager represents AMA Partzilla Arenacross directly to our fans and is expected to provide excellent customer service while maintaining accurate sales and inventory records.
